Warranty

FTI Solutions warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, FTI Solutions will repair or replace the product, at its option, free of charge.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
Please note that the warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by:

a. Improper installation, configuration, or use of the product not following the provided guidelines and instructions.
b. Accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
c. Acts of nature, such as lightning strikes, power surges, floods, or other environmental factors.
d. Third-party accessories or components not recommended or supplied by FTI Solutions.
e. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or minor imperfections that do not affect the product's functionality.

To make a warranty claim, please contact FTI Solutions at sales@ftisol.com or (470) 940-3528. You will need to provide your name, contact information, and the product serial number along with the order #.

FTI Solutions' liability for any breach of this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. FTI Solutions shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or cost of replacement products.

Entire Agreement

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
